why is my graphic tablet being a pain in the "£$%^&*!?
I've got a Trust Flex Design Tablet which I got at christmas last year. I loved it to bits and it was running really smoothly up until recently.
Basically every time I plug it in, the computer recognizes the tablet but the cursor doesn't move when I use my pen. The only solution I've found to this is reinstalling the drivers using the updated programs from the trust website itself.
Of course its annoying when I have to keep reinstalling all of that every time I use my tablet. so any other solutions?
I don't want anything stupid like change battery or use a different usb port, do you think I'm stupid not to try that?
Also in case your wondering I'm using a Toshiba Windows Vista Laptop (its old)

Okay I paint a lot on Photoshop and I have had my wacom bamboo +pen for like 6 months and of course it is giving so much problems I fix one and then another so I am done.I am trying not to use the wacom brand anymore.
So I have a windows vista PC and a HP computer; I really need a tablet that is durable and will with stand my constant digital painting; I am trying to stay around $100 dollars or a little above because of my tight budget. I am tired of the wacom brand(but if there is a good tablet from them I will buy it) so does anyone know another great graphic tablet that is long lasting, has a pen, and flows smoothly, and not really to expensive?
