Aiptek camcorders aren't just for video recording. There are several multitasking models that also function as MP3 players, voice recorders, webcams, and digital cameras. The latest model uses the MPEG4 format for video files and sells for the highly affordable price of around $100.
Most Aiptek digital camcorder reviews are positive, but we'll review both the pros and cons.
Pros:
Most consumers reported great value. They were impressed with the high quality of the Aiptek camcorder compared to the low price.
Just think what you'd pay for an MP3 player, a voice recorder, a camcorder, a digital camera, and a webcam if you bought them all individually. An Aiptek video recorder can do it all for about one third the price.
Consumers are also raving about the quality of Aiptek camcorders. These cameras produce great colors and stunning pictures, and they have great sound quality.

Reviewers were dissatisfied with things like the Aiptek's poor response to low lighting, its inability to function with the Mac platform, the brief life of its battery, the slow shutter speed, and the absence of a lens cap.
Summary:

Do i need to buy software for my graphics tablet?
Im looking into buying a Graphics tablet, there is one that i have seen that is £100 made by genius (Genius Pensketch) and it comes with some software in a bundle.
however there are some other ones i have seen that are roughly the same price made by Aiptek (14000U) but there is no free bundled software, do i need software to use the tablet for drawing?
which of these is a better deal?
